Email Workbooks MS Excel 2010/ Excel 2010 Sending a worksheet as an e-mail attachment

How to send a email workbooks to anyone in Ms Excel 2010.
We  will teach you by steps as below :
Steps 1 : Start the Microsoft Excel 2010

Steps 2 : Open the file you would like to send



 Steps 3 : Choose File --> Save and Send
It saves the document first and then emails


Steps 4 : Click on Send using E-mail . Ms Outlook will open with the file as attachment in the New Email Window.


Now you can send  mail to anyone with valid email address
